Technical specifications of the two primary components (solar modules and inverters) are provided below. Renewable Power cannot guarantee the availability of the specific brand or model at the proposal stage, but these are provided tentatively. These will be finalized after a detailed survey and final design, and certainly before closing the transaction. In the absence of any of these, Renewable Power will arrange similar brands and models.

Financial Feasibility It is expected that the solar modules will deteriorate by no more than 0.5% per year. This is covered under the performance warranty of the modules. In this manner, the modules will be producing more than 90% of the Year 1 electricity after 10 years and more than 85% after 25 years. In this manner, the system is expected to produce a total of 28.405000MWh over its useful life, with an average cost per unit of Rs. 3.47per unit (after including O&M costs). In this section we provide the financial feasibility and payback analysis. Using the production estimates outlined in the previous section, we calculate the payback period of this project to be about 4.32 years for FAZAL-E-RABBI TEXTILE MILLS.
Carbon Emmission Switching to solar is not just great for the pocket, but also great for the environment. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides detailed data on carbon emissions reduction and their equivalencies. Based on these, we calculate that the proposed solar project will reduce carbon emissions by 951 metric tons every year
1. Carbon sequestered by 1120 acres of forest every year 2. Carbon produced by 202 cars every year 3. 332 tons of waste recycled instead of landfilled every year Over its lifetime, the solar project will contribute to a better environment for everyone. The system will also be eligible for renewable energy credits. Although there is no market to trade them in Pakistan today, this can be a valuable source of additional revenue in the future.
